The disadvantage of the known device is that the removal and replacement of the tank lid and diaphragm takes time, and the possibility of air entering the system is not excluded. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of operation by filling the system, assembled together with the valve and diaphragm installed in the tank body. The goal is achieved by the method of filling and purging a control system comprising a master cylinder connected to a working cylinder and a reservoir having a removable lid and a diaphragm fixed by means of a barrel and dividing the reservoir into an air chamber communicating with the atmosphere through the grinder and a liquid chamber having an inlet channel with a plug, by supplying a pressurized fluid to the system, fills the system assembled together with the lid and the diaphragm installed in the tank body, before When complete, the system is evacuated through the inlet channel of the tank, and after the system is filled with liquid, the channel is closed with a stopper. FIG. 1 shows a diagram of a control system of a device for implementing the proposed method; in fig. 2 - tank, section. A device for implementing the proposed method comprises a master cylinder 1 connected by pipeline 2 to a working cylinder 3 and pipeline 4 to a reservoir 5. The tank 5 comprises a housing 6, a removable cover 7, a diaphragm 8, dividing the tank 5 into an air chamber 9 and a liquid chamber 10. The air chamber 9 communicates with the atmosphere through the channel 11 in the lid 7. In the tank 5, from the liquid-side of the chamber 10, the inlet channel 12 is provided with a stopper 13. The filling and purging of the control system is carried out in the following manner. A diaphragm 8 is installed in the tank 5 and pressed with the aid of the cover 7. The control system is assembled together with the tank 5. A vacuum is created in the system through the inlet channel 12 of the tank 5. The vacuum is maintained in the system and its value is monitored after some periods of time in order to check the tightness of the entire system. Then through the channel 12 in the system serves the liquid under pressure. Thus, the system is filled without removing the crutch 7 and the diaphragm 8. After the system is filled with liquid, the inlet 12 is closed by the stopper 13. During operation of the system, the plug 13 allows the excess liquid to be withdrawn from the liquid chamber 10 and to the surroundings of the reservoir 5 through the channel 12, which prevents the system from increasing the pressure of the liquid and destroying the diaphragm 8. The proposed method can be used in hydraulic brake systems in which vacuum is provided, eliminates the ingress of air into the system and shortens the filling and purging time of the system.

Claims (1) [1] METHOD FOR FILLING AND PURGE CONTROL SYSTEM, comprising a master cylinder connected by a pipeline to the working cylinder and a tank having a removable cap and a diaphragm fixed with a cap and dividing the tank into an air chamber communicating with the atmosphere through the cap and a liquid chamber having an inlet channel with a plug by feeding in a liquid fluid system under pressure, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of operation by filling the system assembled together with the lid and diaphragm installed in the tank body, before filling the systems u vacuum through the inlet channel of the tank, and § after filling the system with liquid, the channel is closed with a stopper. 9906011 ™ OS 1 1109066 g
